You can order with a credit card 3 different ways:

1) call 800-938-0280 toll free to place an order over the phone
2) fill in information below order form and mail in (return to order form)
3 ) pay with Visa or Master Card through PayPal.com (see directions below):

b - click on sign up button at top right corner if not already signed up
c - Quick 1-page registration (follow directions)
d - once registered with your credit card number, click on Log In
e - click on Personal Payments at top of box
f - have ready: my E-Mail address (djh@ionet.net) and correct final total of purchase
g - E-Mail me at djh@ionet.net to let me know what you ordered and that you paid through PayPal
